NightNight (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a sleep app: a catalog of calm music and narrated sleep talk-downs. The short version of this policy: the app collects no data at all. Everything it plays ships inside the app, and it makes no network requests.
None. NightNight has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking SDKs. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, device data, or identifiers. It makes no network requests of any kind at runtime.
Uninstalling the app removes this data.
NightNight Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payments and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment details. Apple provides the app with your subscription status so it can unlock Pro features — this happens on your device via StoreKit and is not shared with us.
The bundled music is by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. The audio files ship inside the app; playing them contacts no one.
Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
