These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProperSound app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own language‑learning purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign‑in credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Your voice recordings are created and stored on your device. You retain all rights to your recordings, and you are responsible for the content you record. You represent that you have the right to record and use any material you practice with.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided “as is” as a language‑learning aid. We do not warrant any particular learning outcome, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProperSound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, which will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
