Privacy, Terms, and Support pages for the Cube Coach 3x3 iOS app.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cube Coach 3x3 app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”, “Cube Coach 3x3”). By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t install the app.
The app is published by Rico X (“we”, “us”, “developer”). You can reach us at ricoxxo@gmail.com.
Subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Cube Coach 3x3 on Apple- branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Cube Coach 3x3 offers one in-app purchase, “Premium,” a one-time $8.99 non-consumable purchase that:
There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You pay once and own the upgrade indefinitely on any device signed in with that Apple ID.
All payment processing is handled by Apple under your existing iTunes / App Store agreement. We never receive your payment method or billing information.
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Settings → Restore purchases to re-activate your premium entitlement.
Refunds for in-app purchases are administered by Apple per their standard refund policy. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of the cube solver’s output.
While we believe the solver is correct, no warranty is made that any particular solve sequence will work for every physical cube state, that lessons are error-free, or that the app will be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising out of or in any way related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose (which in most cases is $0 or $8.99).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data Cube Coach 3x3 collects (almost none) and how it’s handled.
You acknowledge that:
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers of warranty, limitations of liability, and Apple’s third-party beneficiary rights — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to use your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective date” above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will also be highlighted in the app’s “What’s New” release notes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
