Effective date: 2 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Inkline (“the game”), a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading or playing it, you agree to them.
Questions: ricoxxo@gmail.com.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Inkline on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the game’s source or level data, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Inkline is free to download and play. Gems can be bought in bundles and spent on hints, extra undos, Rewind, level skips, and life refills.
Starting a level costs one life, and solving it returns that life immediately. Lives refill over time up to a maximum of five.
The daily puzzle never costs a life.
We may adjust the balance of the game — how many lives you hold, how fast they refill, what boosters cost, how gems are earned — in future updates.
The game offers rewarded video ads, served by Google AdMob, which you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. Watching is always optional and there are no forced ads.
What Google collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
Inkline is provided as-is. We don’t promise it will be free of bugs, or that it will remain available indefinitely. We may change, update, or discontinue the game or any of its features.
If the game is discontinued, unspent gems cannot be refunded by us — Apple’s refund policy is the route for that.
Don’t attempt to tamper with the game’s stored data, the level packs, or its purchase and consent flows in order to obtain gems, lives, or content without paying. Doing so may break your installation, and we’re not obliged to repair it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkline is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the game. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Inkline. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If these terms change materially, the effective date above is updated and the revised version published here.
